How Trust Score is Calculated

+20 pointsPhone number verified, email verified, CNIC submitted and approved. Verified dealers get extra credibility.
💰Successful Transactions
+30 points (max)Each completed transaction adds to your score. More sales = higher trust. Reaches max after 10+ successful transactions.
⭐Buyer Reviews
+25 points (max)Positive reviews from verified buyers significantly boost your score. Each 5-star review adds points; negative reviews reduce them.
⚡Response Time
+10 pointsQuick responses to buyer inquiries (under 1 hour) earn you points. Active sellers are trusted more.
📅Account Age & Activity
+10 pointsLong-standing active accounts demonstrate commitment to the platform. New accounts start lower and build up over time.
🚩Disputes & Penalties
-5 to -50 pointsDisputes, fake listings, missed shipments, or fraud reduce your score significantly. Repeat offenders get permanently banned.
