What payment methods are accepted?โผ
JazzCash, EasyPaisa, all major Pakistani bank transfers (HBL, MCB, UBL, Allied, Meezan, Bank Alfalah), and credit cards via SafePay. Cash on Delivery available for local meetups.
Is buyer protection mandatory?โผ
No, but highly recommended for phones over Rs 50,000 or when buying from unfamiliar sellers. The 2.5 percent fee gives you buyer protection, 48-hour inspection window, and full refund (where eligible) guarantee.

What if a buyer files a false dispute?โผ
Mehfoz reviews all disputes fairly using listing details, photos, chat logs, and evidence. False disputes hurt the buyers trust score and protection privileges. Your interests are protected.

What does the inspection cover?โผ
91 inspection points across physical condition, battery and performance, camera systems, audio and connectivity, display and touch, software and identity, sensors and features, and accessories.
Who pays for the inspection?โผ
The buyer pays the Rs 1,500 inspection fee. This is paid upfront when requesting the inspection.
Can I trust the inspectors?โผ
All inspectors undergo background verification, technical certification, and ongoing training. They are paid a fixed salary (not commission) so they have no incentive to mislead you.
What if the inspector finds problems?โผ
The report shows everything with photos. You can buy at listed price, negotiate a lower price based on findings, or walk away. Your Rs 1,500 just saved you from a potentially bad purchase.

Before seller ships, yes - automatic refund. After shipping, you can request a refund through the dispute process if there is a legitimate issue.
Are there any other fees?โผ
No hidden fees. Listing is free, browsing is free, chat is free. You only pay for optional services (protection and inspection) when you choose to use them.
