Who Pays the Protection Fee?
The 1% protection fee is paid by the buyer at checkout and is added on top of the phone price. This fee covers Buyer Protection service, dispute mediation, and refunds where eligible under Buyer Protection terms. Sellers don't pay anything to receive protected payments. A separate delivery fee covers Mehfoz's delivery coordination, tracking support, and proof-of-delivery handling for protected deals. Delivery availability and method may vary by city and order.
What If Something Goes Wrong?

Seller Never Ships
The seller takes the order but doesn't ship within 48 hours.
Your payment is refunded under Buyer Protection terms. The seller's account is suspended pending review. You can leave a negative review.
Phone Doesn't Match Listing
You receive a phone with worse condition, lower battery, or different specs than advertised.
Report the issue with photos. Mehfoz reviews evidence and, where eligible, issues a refund under Buyer Protection terms. Return shipping is paid by seller.
Phone Arrives Damaged
The package was damaged during shipping and the phone has new defects.
Document the damage with photos and videos. File a claim within 24 hours. Mehfoz handles the courier dispute and refunds you.
Phone is Stolen or Blacklisted
The IMEI is blacklisted, the phone is reported stolen, or it has any legal issue.
You can claim a refund under Buyer Protection terms, subject to review. The seller is permanently banned. The matter is reported to authorities if necessary.
Phone Arrives Late
The phone takes much longer than expected to arrive.
If delivery exceeds 7 days from order, you can request a refund under Buyer Protection terms, subject to review. Mehfoz also assists in tracking the package.
