Inspection Terms
Last updated 16h ago
These Inspection Terms explain how Mehfoz Phone Inspection works. They work together with our Terms of Service (/terms) and Buyer Protection (/buyer-protection).
1. What inspection is
Phone Inspection is an optional, advisory service. A reviewer checks the device's visible condition and runs available diagnostic checks, then prepares an Inspection Report to help you make a more informed decision.
2. Condition at inspection time only
An inspection reflects the device condition at the time of inspection only. It is not a future warranty and does not guarantee against faults, defects, or issues that appear later or that were not reasonably visible during the check.
3. Availability by city / service area
In-person inspection is currently available in Faisalabad, with more cities coming soon. Remote or video inspection may be available in other cities as an advisory service. Inspection is available where service is supported.
4. Fees
The inspection fee is shown before you pay. The fee covers the inspection service performed and is non-refundable once the inspection has been completed, even if you decide not to buy. If you believe an inspection was not carried out properly, contact support to request a review.
5. Report limitations
The report is based on the checks performed and the information available at the time. It is guidance to help you evaluate the device and is not an endorsement or guarantee of any purchase.
6. Buyer responsibility
The decision to buy is always yours. We recommend reading the full report and, for higher-value purchases, considering Buyer Protection.
7. Support and reporting
For questions or to report a problem, contact support (/contact) or use Report Issue (/report-issue).
These terms may be updated from time to time.
