Seller Policy
Last updated 16h ago
This Seller Policy explains what we expect from everyone who lists a phone on Mehfoz. It works together with our Terms of Service (/terms), Privacy Policy (/privacy), and Buyer Protection (/buyer-protection). By listing on Mehfoz, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Accurate listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in your listing. Describe the phone's real condition, model, storage, colour, and PTA status correctly. Do not hide faults or exaggerate condition.
2. Real photos
Use clear, real photos of the actual device you are selling. Do not use stock images, photos of a different unit, or edited images that hide damage.
3. Correct price, condition and PTA status
Set an honest price and select the correct condition and PTA status. Misstating PTA approval or IMEI details is not allowed.
4. No fake or misleading listings
Duplicate listings, fake listings, bait pricing, and misleading claims are not allowed and may be removed.
5. Response expectations
Respond to genuine buyer questions in a reasonable time and keep your listing up to date. Mark a phone as sold once it is no longer available.
6. Verified Seller badge
The Verified Seller badge is given after Mehfoz reviews your identity and business details. It shows you completed verification — it is not a guarantee of any individual deal. Misuse of the badge, or providing false verification details, can lead to badge removal.
7. Listing removal and account action
Listings that break this policy may be paused or removed. Repeated or serious violations can lead to account suspension. We may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
8. Reporting and support
If you have a question or want to report a problem, contact support (/contact) or use Report Issue (/report-issue).
These rules may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Mehfoz means you accept the current version.
