Prohibited Listings & Community Rules

Mehfoz is a trust-first marketplace. To keep it safe for everyone, the following are not allowed. This policy works together with our Terms of Service (/terms) and Seller Policy (/p/seller-policy). Prohibited listings and conduct 1. Stolen or blacklisted phones Listing stolen, lost, or blacklisted devices is strictly prohibited. 2. Fake or clone devices Counterfeit, clone, or replica phones presented as genuine are not allowed. 3. Misleading PTA / IMEI claims Do not misstate PTA approval status or IMEI/identity details, or tamper with device identifiers. 4. Illegal items Anything that is illegal to sell under Pakistani law is prohibited. 5. Abusive behaviour Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive messaging towards other users is not allowed. 6. Spam listings Duplicate, irrelevant, or spam listings, and attempts to manipulate search or trust signals, are not allowed. 7. Circumventing Mehfoz Attempts to avoid fees, move users off-platform to defraud them, or bypass safety features may lead to action. How we enforce We review reports and may remove listings, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or, where appropriate, report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Enforcement decisions are based on the available evidence. Report a problem If you see a listing or user that breaks these rules, please use Report Issue (/report-issue) or contact support (/contact). Reports are reviewed by our team. These rules may be updated from time to time.
