iPhone 18 Pro Max Price in Pakistan

The iPhone 18 Pro Max is now officially announced. Apple unveiled it on 9 September 2026, with pre-orders on 12 September and availability from 18 September 2026 in more than 65 countries and regions, with 20 more following on 25 September. It packs the A20 Pro chip, which Apple says is built on 2-nanometer process technology, a 6.9-inch OLED display with ProMotion up to 120Hz, storage from 256GB to 2TB and a reported 12GB of RAM. Pakistan is not among Apple’s named launch countries, but official PTA-approved stock went on sale through Apple’s authorised distributors — Mercantile, iSelect by Airlink and GNext — from about 25 September 2026, priced from Rs 603,999 for 256GB. On this page we list the official Pakistan price by storage, explain what is known about PTA tax, and compare it with the iPhone 17 Pro Max.

⚠️ Apple’s official specifications and US pricing for the iPhone 18 Pro Max are confirmed; Apple does not publish RAM, so the 12GB figure is reported. The Pakistan prices marked official are the launch price list of Apple’s authorised retailers iSelect by Airlink and GNext (identical at both; Mercantile’s list is within about Rs 1,000) for PTA-approved units with warranty, as reported by Pakistani tech media on 25 September 2026 — retail prices move with the dollar rate, so verify the live figure before buying. FBR/PTA still have not published a tax slab for the iPhone 18 series, so PTA tax and importer (non-PTA) figures remain estimates.

Last updated: 12 October 2026 · Mehfoz updates this page as new Apple launch, PTA and Pakistan market information becomes available.

Expected Price in Pakistan

All figures are expected estimates based on import/PTA cost trends — not official Apple prices. Prices may change after the official launch.

VariantExpected Non-PTAExpected PTA ApprovedStatus
256GB~Rs 510,000 importer listings, Oct 2026 (estimate)Rs 603,999 (official)Official
512GBImporter quotes vary (estimate)Rs 688,999 (official)Official
1TBImporter quotes vary (estimate)Rs 858,999 (official)Official
2TBImporter quotes vary (estimate)Rs 1,113,999 (official)Official

Official US prices are $1,299 (256GB), $1,499 (512GB), $1,899 (1TB) and $2,499 (2TB); 2TB is not new to iPhone, as the iPhone 17 Pro Max already offered it. The PTA-approved column is the official Pakistan launch price list (Pakistani tech media, 25 September 2026) at Apple-authorised retailers iSelect by Airlink and GNext — the same at both, with Mercantile’s list within about Rs 1,000 (Rs 605,000 for 256GB) — and includes PTA registration and official warranty. The importer (non-PTA) column is an estimate from retailer listings in early October 2026 (about Rs 510,000 for 256GB); once PTA tax is added it offers little or no saving. Retail prices move with the dollar rate — confirm the live figure before buying.

iPhone 18 Pro Max official specs (announced 9 September 2026)

Apple officially announced the iPhone 18 Pro Max on 9 September 2026. It has a 6.9-inch OLED display with ProMotion adaptive refresh up to 120Hz, the A20 Pro chip, which Apple says is built on 2-nanometer process technology, Apple’s C2 cellular modem, and Ceramic Shield 2 on the front with Ceramic Shield on the back. Apple does not publish RAM; 12GB RAM (reported) has been widely cited.

Storage is confirmed at 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB, matching the top capacity the iPhone 17 Pro Max already offered. Official colors are Black, Silver, Glacier and Burgundy. The camera system is led by a 48MP Fusion Main camera with variable aperture (f/1.48, f/1.8, f/2.8 and f/4.0), and Apple quotes up to 45 hours of video playback.

In the US the iPhone 18 Pro Max costs $1,299 (256GB), $1,499 (512GB), $1,899 (1TB) and $2,499 (2TB). Pre-orders opened 12 September, with availability from 18 September 2026 in more than 65 countries and regions. Pakistan is not among Apple’s named launch countries, but Apple’s authorised distributors — Mercantile, iSelect by Airlink and GNext — put PTA-approved stock on sale from about 25 September 2026 at an official Rs 603,999 for 256GB.

How much will the iPhone 18 Pro Max cost in Pakistan?

The official iPhone 18 Pro Max price in Pakistan is Rs 603,999 (256GB), Rs 688,999 (512GB), Rs 858,999 (1TB) and Rs 1,113,999 (2TB) — the PTA-approved launch price list at Apple-authorised retailers iSelect by Airlink and GNext, identical at both (Pakistani tech media, 25 September 2026). Mercantile, Apple’s authorised distributor, lists the 256GB model at Rs 605,000 with 12 months of Apple warranty plus 12 months of Mercantile cover. Both retailers bundle SHIELD+ protection (iSelect for two years; GNext with a one-year extended warranty, one front-screen and one back-glass replacement, and a 20W adapter).

Importer (non-PTA) units are still sold alongside official stock: retailer listings in early October 2026 put a 256GB unit at about Rs 510,000, roughly Rs 94,000 below the official price — less than the PTA tax you would then owe, so there is little or no real saving. Treat importer figures as estimates. FBR/PTA still have not published a slab for the iPhone 18 series, and official retail prices move with the dollar rate, so confirm the live figure before buying.

PTA-approved vs non-PTA: what is the difference?

A non-PTA iPhone 18 Pro Max is an imported handset on which PTA tax has not yet been paid. It is cheaper up front, but after the roughly 60-day grace period the device gets blocked on local mobile networks until it is registered through DIRBS. Non-PTA sets are fine if you mainly use Wi-Fi or are willing to pay the tax later.

A PTA-approved set already has the tax paid and stays fully usable on all Pakistani SIM networks. It costs more but saves you the registration hassle and the risk of a blocked phone. For most buyers in Faisalabad who use a local SIM daily, PTA-approved is the safer choice. See our guide on PTA-approved phones in Faisalabad.

Estimated PTA tax on the iPhone 18 Pro Max

PTA tax is the single biggest reason flagship iPhones are so expensive in Pakistan. There is still no official FBR/PTA slab for the iPhone 18 Pro Max; local reports put CNIC charges for this class at roughly Rs 205,000–230,000, so we keep an estimated range of Rs 150,000 to Rs 250,000, with Passport registration usually lower. Official PTA-approved stock (from Rs 603,999) already has the tax paid — the figure only matters if you buy an importer unit.

Tax depends on the device value declared to PTA/DIRBS and on whether you register within the 60-day grace window. Always confirm the live figure on the FBR or PTA portal before buying — read our full iPhone 18 PTA tax guide for details.

Launch date in Pakistan

Apple announced the iPhone 18 Pro Max on 9 September 2026, with pre-orders from 12 September and availability from 18 September 2026 in more than 65 countries and regions, followed by 20 more on 25 September. Pakistan is not among Apple’s named launch countries, so there was no Apple launch date here — but Apple’s authorised distributors (Mercantile, iSelect by Airlink and GNext) put official PTA-approved stock on sale from about 25 September 2026.

Importers in Karachi, Lahore and Faisalabad brought in non-PTA units within days of the 18 September global release, ahead of official stock, at premium prices that eased once the authorised channel opened a week later. For more, see our iPhone 18 launch date in Pakistan page.

Resale and used value: is it worth waiting?

Pro Max iPhones hold their value better than almost any other phone in Pakistan, so a new iPhone 18 Pro Max — Rs 603,999 at official retail — should have strong resale value even a year or two after launch. That said, the steepest depreciation happens in the first few months as launch hype cools and supply increases.

If your budget is tight, a smart move is to wait a couple of months and buy a lightly used or open-box unit once early adopters upgrade, or pick up a previous-generation Pro Max at a discount. On Mehfoz in Faisalabad every used iPhone is inspected before it is listed, so you get flagship value without flagship risk.

PTA Tax — What Pakistani Buyers Should Know

  • PTA tax is mandatory after the ~60-day grace period; an unregistered set gets network-blocked.
  • CNIC registration usually costs more than Passport registration for the same model.
  • Tax slabs are set by FBR/PTA and change over time — always confirm the live figure before buying.
  • Non-PTA sets are cheaper but become SIM-blocked locally until registered through DIRBS.
  • No official FBR/PTA slab for the iPhone 18 Pro Max has been published (local reports cite roughly Rs 205,000–230,000 on CNIC); official PTA-approved stock from Rs 603,999 already has the tax paid.
  • Check IMEI status on the official PTA DIRBS portal before paying for any imported unit.

Final PTA tax for any model should be verified from official PTA/FBR sources once available. We do not claim official PTA tax for unreleased models.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the price of the iPhone 18 Pro Max in Pakistan?+

The official PTA-approved iPhone 18 Pro Max price in Pakistan is Rs 603,999 (256GB), Rs 688,999 (512GB), Rs 858,999 (1TB) and Rs 1,113,999 (2TB) at Apple-authorised retailers iSelect by Airlink and GNext (launch list, 25 September 2026); Mercantile lists the 256GB model at Rs 605,000. In the US it costs $1,299 to $2,499. Importer (non-PTA) listings sat around Rs 510,000 for 256GB in early October — an estimate, and little saving once PTA tax is added.

Has the iPhone 18 Pro Max been announced?+

Yes. Apple officially announced the iPhone 18 Pro Max on 9 September 2026, with pre-orders from 12 September and availability from 18 September 2026 in more than 65 countries and regions. Confirmed specs include the A20 Pro chip (built on 2nm process technology), a 6.9-inch ProMotion OLED display up to 120Hz, storage up to 2TB and Ceramic Shield 2 on the front. RAM is reported at 12GB.

When did the iPhone 18 Pro Max launch?+

It was announced on 9 September 2026, with pre-orders from 12 September and availability from 18 September 2026 in more than 65 countries and regions, then 20 more on 25 September. Pakistan is not among Apple’s named launch countries; importers brought non-PTA units in first, and official PTA-approved stock followed through Mercantile, iSelect by Airlink and GNext from about 25 September 2026.

How much will PTA tax be on the iPhone 18 Pro Max?+

FBR/PTA have not published a slab for the iPhone 18 series. Local reports put CNIC charges for this class at roughly Rs 205,000–230,000, so we use an estimated Rs 150,000–250,000, with Passport usually cheaper. Official PTA-approved stock (from Rs 603,999) already includes the tax — the figure only matters for importer units. Always confirm the live figure before paying.

What is the difference between PTA-approved and non-PTA iPhone 18 Pro Max?+

A PTA-approved set has the tax paid and works on all Pakistani networks. A non-PTA set is cheaper but gets network-blocked after about 60 days until you register it through DIRBS.

Will the iPhone 18 Pro Max have good resale value in Pakistan?+

Pro Max iPhones hold value very well in Pakistan, so resale value should stay strong. The biggest drop happens in the first few months after launch, so used buyers can often get a better deal by waiting.

Should I wait for the iPhone 18 Pro Max or buy a used iPhone now?+

If you want a flagship today at a lower price, an inspected used iPhone 16 or 17 Pro Max on Mehfoz is a smart alternative. You get verified PTA status and buyer protection without paying premium launch prices.

Where can I buy an inspected iPhone in Faisalabad?+

On Mehfoz. Every used iPhone listed in Faisalabad goes through our inspection service covering battery, screen, body and PTA/IMEI status, and is backed by buyer protection.
