What to check on a used Infinix Smart 10

- ✓Cameras, fingerprint and charging — test every lens, the fingerprint or face unlock, and the charging port.
- ✓IMEI and PTA — 1 of these 23 listings is non-PTA, so check which one you are looking at: dial *#06# and verify on the official PTA DIRBS portal or via 8484.
- ✓Accounts — make sure it is signed out of the previous owner’s Google account and factory reset.

PTA vs non-PTA Infinix Smart 10
Of the 23 Infinix Smart 10 listings in Faisalabad right now, 22 are PTA approved and 1 is non-PTA — which is most of the price gap you will see between two otherwise similar phones. A PTA approved Infinix Smart 10 works on Jazz, Zong, Telenor and Ufone with no SIM block and is easier to resell. A non-PTA unit is cheaper up front but needs DIRBS tax to stay usable on your SIM beyond the grace period — verify the IMEI on the official PTA DIRBS portal and add any likely tax before deciding which is genuinely cheaper.
